Baby Pictures
Here are a few photos of some of the babies that have been born at Mountain View over the last few years.
With every new birth we are always anxious to secure some financial support for their care. Please consider adopting an animal. There are three different levels of adoption that can help with everything from new born assistance to a full year of vet and feed care. Adoption makes a great gift for children, grandparents and friends to celebrate a special occasion. Click any of the photos to link to that animal’s data sheet and get more information on that species.

<= Baby Malayan Tapir
Even though they are seperated by the Pacific Ocean, the babies of the Malayan Tapir and the Mountain Tapir are remarkably similar.
<= Baby Mhorr's Gazelle
To protect their babies from predators, mother Mhorr's lick them thoroughly when they are born so that they have no scent, then they are left in a depression in the ground while the rest of the herd moves away.
