MEMBERS & FRIENDS ATTENDED AN OPEN HOUSE AT MOUNTAIN VIEW CONSERVATION
Langley Field Naturalists presented their Flora and Fauna inventory of our Crown Land areas. They have inventoried over 500 species of animals and plants and trees, and there was a colourful presentation display of photos and trail maps of the area.
The Biodiversity Inventory will be on sale in our Arts & Gifts shop later this summer.

It was Earth Day at Mountain View Conservation and..
.. the National Launch of the 2010 Robert Bateman "Get to Know" Contest.
There was a special guided tour of the Mountain View Wildlife Conservation Centre for students of
the Robert Bateman School, and then a viewing of the 2010 Robert Bateman contest video. A small reception for students, teachers and staff followed, with representatives from the Langley Field Naturalists, the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Langley BIA-Business
Improvement Association.
