GUIDED TOURS FOR INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY MEMBERS
As a member of the Mountain View Conservation Society you are entitled to one annual visit to our facility that includes a guided 2 hour tour. Mountain View is primarily a breeding and conservation facility, so the welfare of our animals is always our primary concern. As a result, we do not offer general admission to the facility.
We welcome visitors, but reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance, as everything we do is geared to providing a quiet and stable environment for the animals.
As a member, you are in for a very unique experience. Our member group tours are small, personal, educational and provide the opportunity to see our animals behaving naturally. Bring your camera or video camera. There will be lots to see.
To book a member visit you must first become a member.

THE MOUNTAIN VIEW TOUR EXPERIENCE
Each tour is a guided two and a half hour walk and ride on our tour tram through the conservation area. The tour allows you to see animals up-close in naturalistic environments.
Guests are invited to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on our beautiful grounds. Finish the day at the Mountain View Gift Shop. Shop for souvenirs to remind you of your visit and the animals. All gift shop proceeds go to fund Mountain View conservation and breeding projects.
BRING YOUR CAMERA AND DRESS FOR THE WEATHER
Also, be prepared for some light walking. Although you’ll ride in a tractor-pulled tram for some of the tour, a part of the tour is by foot. Remember, tours are conducted rain or shine, so bring appropriate gear and footwear.
